This sexy Grower Champagne is near and dear to us. We love the creaminess, the biscuit, mineral and citrus rind aromatics, and that endless stream of tiny bubbles. We also love how well this wine pairs with food, and how much better it is than all those mass-market Champagnes out there. As a matter of fact, we love it so much that we keep it all to ourselves. The Marc Hebrart is a Dedalus exclusive – we’re the only shop in Vermont that carries it. We might be the only shop in Vermont with a house Champagne. Here’s to us!
