“Bone dry”, “chewy tannins”, “full bodied”… there’s a lot of terminology floating around in a bottle of wine. What’s it all mean, and why’s it important? Our Component Tasting will explain it all, and show you how to identify it in a glass of wine. Best of all, you’ll leave knowing exactly how to describe the wine you want when you need to – like at restaurant or in a wine shop!
This class is a great first step to enjoying wine comfortably and a great refresher for those in need of a palette tune-up.

I assume tickets can be purchased only in the store? What time is the 101 event?

101 Series classes are from 2:00 – 3:00 at the 1/2 Lounge in Burlington.
