At Dedalus, we find new and exciting wines every day. What makes us different is the way we choose wines and the education we offer.

We taste every wine that comes into our shop. With so much wine to choose from these days, we are able to find quality and value in different regions and from different grapes. We only sell wines that we enjoy and that we believe are distinct.

We offer education, in addition to wine sales, in many forms. We hold free instore tastings several times a year where we pour and discuss a selection of wines around a specific topic of interest. We’ve created two wine clubs where our customers can try wines they might not otherwise try. We hold regular classes, both privately and at local restaurants, where we teach a topic with more detail in a relaxed setting.

Did you know that we collect corks to recycle?  Please bring by your corks (only real cork please), and we will make sure they do not go into a landfill, but find another use as flooring or other products.
